Alain Mulder is IMA’s regional director Europe, and is based in IMA’s Amsterdam office. Alain is responsible for the Europe operations of IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants) and the growth of the CMA® (Certified Management Accountant) program in Europe. IMA is one of the fastest growing accounting associations in the world, with double digit growth in its CMA program over the past five years. IMA has more than 100,000 members.

Prior to joining IMA, Mulder worked at the Institute of International Research, where he conducted market research on developments in the accountancy, finance, and IT markets. He also worked for several U.S. organizations in a pan-European business development role, where he was focusing on market and client research, and growth of the client portfolio.
