Anita is an experienced professional in change management, an advisor sustainable business development and founder of ReBlend; a dutch startup in circular textiles and a co-creation platform to make the step from talking about circularity to the actual development of fabrics & fashion.

She has over 15 years senior level experience in project development, management consultancy and change initiatives. Her broad background in different roles and business domains enables her to envision new concepts and understand the impact of societal or technological developments to business models and business structures. The gap between sustainable business strategies (there are no companies with a strategy to be un-sustainable) and the actual day-to-day business made her realize we need to start playing a different game and we need to develop new mental models, new of ways of looking to come to decisions that enable a more inclusive and sustainable world.
