Sven joined the Ellen MacArthur Foundation four years ago to help accelerating the transition to a circular economy. He worked on various projects throughout different programmes and initiatives of the Foundation. Past projects include Circularity Indicators, an EU co-founded project developing the first circular economy metrics, the development of a circular economy e-learning solution for corporates and, most recently, the Foundation’s project on Circular Economy in India. Most recently, Sven has lead the Circular Fibres Initiative, the Foundations newest Systemic initiative on to build a circular economy for in the fashion and textiles industry. Before joining the Foundation, Sven worked as a management consultant and a post-doctoral researcher working on mathematics and computational biology.
